Money is to be put towards professional development in Wine & Spirits or the Culinary arts. For the purpose of this application, the definitions are as follows:

- Wine & Spirits refers to the brewers, vintners, distillers, importers, distributors, and retail or online outlets that sell or
serve beer, wine, and distilled spirits
Hospitality includes businesses working in these three subsections: Food &
Beverage, Accommodation & Lodging, and Travel & Tourism
- Culinary arts are the cuisine arts of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, usually in the form of meals
People working in this field, especially in establishments such as restaurants are commonly called "chefs" or "cooks", although, at its most general, the terms "culinary artist" and "culinarian" are also used

Who Can Apply

- Be a woman
- Be currently working in one of the following industries:
* Wine & Spirits
* Culinary Arts

(Have 3+ years of experience working in one of the above industries)
(Be pursuing professional development in one of these two areas:
* Wine & Spirits
* Culinary Arts

(Over 21 years old)
