Description

The Foundation provides grant funding in two specific areas:

Child and Youth Development:
These grants are to be used exclusively to benefit youth aged 18 and under. Some examples of projects we have funded are: camps and summer programs, after school programs, outdoor recreation, charter schools and private schools
Environmental Education and Preservation:
These grants are to be used exclusively for outdoor education and/or environmental preservation. Some examples are: land preservation, outdoor programming for youth and adults, studying and preserving different species of plants or animals, water protection, and parks and gardens

What will be funded:
​- Capital Campaigns (Requests up to $200,000)
- Construction and Renovation Expenses (Requests up to $100,000)
- Program Supplies or Equipment (Requests up to $50,000)

Who Can Apply

Organizations that offer:
- Environmental education and/or preservation
- Developmental and educational opportunities for children and teens

​The organization must be a charitable non-profit organization that is recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c) 3 public charity. A copy of the IRS determination letter is a requirement

A full proposal must be submitted in the online system by these dates. If submitted after these dates, your proposal will not be considered for funding. Once the funding level has been reached, the grant application process will close for that funding year
