Edgecombe County Tourism Development Authority Tourism Assistance Grant
To stimulate and assist Edgecombe County organizations and agencies in promoting and marketing tourism and culturally-related experiences that increase commerce to our county and drive overnight visitation
Dare County Tourism Board’s Fireworks grant, was established to financially assist Dare County Governmental Units and other Non-profit Organizations in a joint effort to ensure firework displays on July 4th throughout Dare County
Program goals are to create lasting change that will allow all communities, especially underserved communities, opportunities to benefit from activities on National Forest System lands or adjacent public lands
The sustainable, "shovel-ready" projects leverage local funds to meet recreational trail and trail-needs, in an effort to provide low infrastructure economic development opportunities through natural resource tourism
Supports education and research in ornamental horticulture through grants to botanical gardens, arboreta, universities, and other charitable organizations strongly-aligned with its funding interests
