In partnership with the Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments and leaders from Granville, Vance, Franklin, Person, and Warren counties, a  regional tourism plan was created to establish a vision and guide next steps for tourism in the area. Through asset mapping, itinerary development, market profiling, and strategic planning, the region developed a shared tourism strategy, new visitor itineraries, and strengthened collaboration across county lines.
