The Friendly FAM Program guided communities in planning and hosting “friendly” FAM tours that showcased local tourism assets through themed itineraries across multiple counties. Participants highlighted local businesses, culture, and heritage while building stronger community awareness, stakeholder alignment, and destination storytelling to help attract future visitors.

The Friendly FAM Program hosted five FAM tours across Richmond, Bladen, Martin, Caswell, and Robeson counties, highlighting local tourism assets, culture, heritage, and community experiences through themed itineraries and destination storytelling.
